I have wanted to start a series of art celebrating my Métis ancestry and this greeting card is a print from the first painting. This greeting card is titled “ Mountain Bison Beauty”. Bison symbolize abundance and life in indigenous culture because they provided everything for existence. I created the mountains using a contrasting palette and l like the unique peaks framing the bison in front of the calm lake.The 5 x 7 inch horizontal orientation card is printed on linen card stock and comes with an envelope and sealed in a clear protector sleeve.
